Brief:

The task involved creating a series of six frames, each measuring 10 inches by 10 inches. The objective was to craft unique surfaces employing various mediums and techniques, drawing inspiration from a singular element, namely the human eye. The challenge prompted the exploration of diverse artistic approaches within the confined dimensions, allowing for the expression of creativity and skill in rendering the chosen theme across the set of frames.

Hetrochroma

I utilized the tie & dye technique to visually represent heterochromia, a condition characterized by distinct eye colors in an individual. This artistic approach enabled the expression of the unique and captivating nature of heterochromia through the application of dye, resulting in a vibrant and visually striking representation of the condition.

Presbyopia

I utilized the tie & dye technique to represent visual patterns, incorporating the theme of weakening eyesight over time and with age. The chosen method of tie & dye was employed to convey these visual effects in a patterned form, offering a creative expression of the gradual decline in a person's eyesight as they age.

Phosphenes

I utilized the tie & dye technique to depict the visuals experienced when closing and rubbing our eyes. This artistic approach allowed me to capture and convey the dynamic and abstract nature of the patterns and colors associated with the act of closing and rubbing one's eyes.

Mangekyo Sharingan

In my artistic portrayal, I utilized the satin stitch technique to depict the Sharingan eye, a reference from the anime 'Naruto.' This eye symbolizes the emotional trauma experienced by a character in the series. The satin stitch technique adds a textured and detailed dimension to the representation, capturing the depth and intensity of the emotional struggles depicted in the anime.

Conjuctivitis

I utilized spray paint and threads to create a visual representation of conjunctivitis, an inflammation of the conjunctiva. Through a carefully crafted pattern, the artwork conveys the discomfort and pain experienced by individuals suffering from conjunctivitis. The choice of materials and technique effectively captures the essence of the condition, offering viewers a tangible glimpse into the physical sensations associated with conjunctivitis.
